REFUND POLICY · 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Try it before
you buy it.

Purchases of SMC Replay are final and non-refundable.

Test the free demo first

The demo includes three fixed charts with unlimited retries and no time limit. Test the app on your own Windows computer, including the chart controls and English or Hinglish narration, before purchasing the full version.

What purchase unlocks

Your licence unlocks the full version in the same application. It permits one active computer and requires internet for initial activation. Chart practice then works offline.

Need technical help?

Contact support for download, activation or app problems. Include your order reference, Windows version and a description of the problem. Technical support does not create an additional refund entitlement.

Never share payment-card details or your complete licence key in a public message.
